It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. Thanks to its leak resistant loose base, it’s a smart choice for bakers who want neat-looking results with all manner of classic bakes. Use this loose base cake tin to bake precise layers for a tall, awe-inspiring celebration cake, or simply to make a classic Victoria sponge, baked to a consistent golden brown all over.
